Once upon a time a young prince
was wandering deep in thoughts through the woods.
His face was grim, because so deep
were problems that he had to conquer.
But then he heard a muffled cry
from somewhere in the woods.
He went to look in a hurried pace
and found an elf in tears.
„Oh, darling girl,
why are you crying here alone just like a little bird?“
The elf went quiet in deep pain,
to say: „I love you“ would be in vain...
You are a man and I’m an elf,
I’ll never have you to myself,
just go back to the place you came...“
